Healthy diet to avoid obesity

Obesity can lead to the condition of the body prone to contracting various diseases , to avoid obesity , we can start by adjusting the diet for a healthy diet .
  1. Enjoy our food and eat without hurry
  2. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
  3. Select a special room to eat . Do not move to move until the food runs out .
  4. Eat while sitting
  5. Provide fruits , vegetables and beverages of fruit / vegetables native in the refrigerator more than high- calorie foods such as ice cream , cookies , syrup and other sweet pastry
  6. If you want to eat in cafe will first determine what we eat and do not change or add too much just because it feels good
  7. Reduce food , cakes and sugary drinks to always look at the composition of the food you buy

  14. Reduce and if possible stay away from cigarettes and alcohol
  15. Order and discipline with the intention to live a healthy life
